Gentlemen, grab your yoga mats! This 4-week Men’s Only yoga series starts on March 22. Finally a class for guys, taught by a guy. Over this 4-week series we’ll have some fun getting stronger and more flexible while learning why yoga is a great for men. It’ll be the hardest and best thing you have ever done for yourself.
