This enables practitioners to either hone in on a style that best resonates with them, or to enjoy a practice rich in diversity. The Newcomer Special30 days of yoga for $69 allows you to explore all of the options available while determining the right path for you. STEP 2 – Register as a Highland Yoga student:

STEP 3 – Take your first class

Wear comfortable clothes that allow movement. Leave your shoes at the door, as yoga is practiced barefoot. Eat lightly or not at all, since it’s best to practice on an empty stomach. For more information, see our FAQ page.
