Highland Yoga offers a large variety of classes, teachers, and styles. This enables practitioners to either hone in on a style that best resonates with them, or to enjoy a practice rich in diversity. The Newcomer Special – 30 days of yoga for $69 allows you to explore all of the options available while determining the right path for you. In addition to our Newcomers Special, you can view the variety of payment options available on our Rates page. Passes enable you to take any of our regularly scheduled classes.

STEP 2 – Register as a Highland Yoga student:

STEP 3 – Take your first class
Wear comfortable clothes that allow movement. Leave your shoes at the door, as yoga is practiced barefoot. Eat lightly or not at all, since it’s best to practice on an empty stomach. For more information, see our FAQ page.
