Experience the joy of belly dance with Jessica!
Whether you are new to the world of middle eastern dance, or looking to brush up on your skills, this class is for you. Learn to connect with your body in a brand new way. During this class, participants will be lead through drills to hone techniques of the most common movements. The basics for all facets of middle eastern dance styles will also be covered – including American Cabaret, Raqs Sharqui, and fusion dance!
No experience is necessary for this fun, low-impact dance class. Be ready to strengthen your core and let your hips loose! Hip scarves will be provided.
