Find balance and ease in body, mind, and spirit. This class thoughtfully awakens and frees the body with gentle breath-guided movements and physical postures (asana). Restorative poses, enjoyed passively with the support of props, as well as various breathing and meditation techniques complete the experience. Emerge relaxed, renewed, and radiant.

Students of every level will benefit from this class. No prior yoga experience necessary.
