The breath invites practitioners through a tapestry of thoughtfully sequenced poses and accentuates postural alignment to create a meditation in motion. Nurturing a balance of strength and flexibility in body and mind, practitioners will find themselves engaged on every level.
An Advanced class is for teachers and practitioners that have a well-established yoga practice and are seeking to explore more challenging asana, pranayama and meditation techniques. More complicated postures, as well as arm balances and inversions are common offerings in this class.
