Expiration Policy
All of our passes carry with
them a term of expiration. We start counting the days to expiration on
the day that you take your first class on the pass. Also note that all
unused passes expire 1 year after the date of purchase.
To acknowledge the many
distractions, obligations, and illnesses that can keep us away from our yoga
practices, we offer the following exceptions to the expirations associated
with our class passes:
We will consider extending the
expirations on our 5, 10, and 20-class passes
only with a doctor's excuse for the amount of time that you have
been absent.
If your pass has expired, we
will offer a credit toward the purchase of another pass.
The credit is determined by the amount of time your pass has been expired,
the original purchase price, and the number of classes remaining.
~For 5
class passes, we offer an 80% credit toward the purchase of another pass
within 30 days of expiration, and a 40% credit toward the purchase of
another pass with 31 to 60 days of expiration.
~For 10
class passes, we offer an 80% credit toward the purchase of another pass
within 45 days of expiration, and a 40% credit toward the purchase of
another pass with 46 to 90 days of expiration.
~For 20
class passes, we offer an 80% credit toward the purchase of another pass
within 90 days of expiration, and a 40% credit toward the purchase of
another pass with 91 to 180 days of expiration.
If your pass
has expired, please call or check with the front desk to
determine the exact amount of your credit.
Late Policy
Please
make an effort to arrive on time for classes, as late arrivals are
disruptive to the class. Students will not be allowed into classes
more than 15 minutes after start time. Also, habitually late
arrivers will be turned away at our discretion. Things happen in life to
make us all run behind schedule, but arriving late on a regular basis is
disrespectful to your teacher and your fellow students.
