Danielle has been involved in health and fitness for 25 years . Her background as a nurse and personal training make alignment and movement patterns second nature to her. Danielle had been practicing yoga for years when she decided to become an instructor herself. She knew how yoga had positively transformed her life and was inspired to share “the gift of yoga” with others. She believes the powerful mind, body and soul connection is something that should be nurtured in each one of us; and it is with that mentality that Danielle teaches her class. She teaches from the heart creating an uplifting and safe environment for students to explore and expand their bodies, boundaries and consciousness on all levels.
