Judy’s love of all things yoga began with her teacher training at Naturally Yoga, with Sheryl and Neil Edsall. Her additional trainings in Restorative Yoga, with Ellen Pfeffer of Masala Yoga and Jillian Pransky contributed to her desire to teach. Her ongoing yoga education and life study continue to inspire her. She is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher.
Judy’s classes are infused with pranayama(breath work) andgentle movement which is used to prepare the body for long holdings of supported restorative poses. Her classes invite the practitioner to explore the physical benefits of hatha yoga, deep relaxation, and a connection to self.
