Facing a crossroads in life, Yoga and meditation presented itself to Sean in 2007 through a profound series of synchronicities and his practice has grown ever since. A keen interest in the practice of pranayama lead him to all styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kripalu and more. His love for the practice grew and eventually led to the discovery of Kundalini Yoga, which deeply resonated with him. Sean’s yoga practice helped stabilize him through even the most turbulent times of his spiritual journey, and continues to guide him towards a purpose greater than just himself.
Sean has always been naturally drawn to teaching as a duty and service to his own soul and to the benefit of others. A musician since childhood, Sean began teaching drum lessons in his teens, and after graduating with a degree in Jazz studies in 2014, he immediately began teaching music increasingly more and with a greater sense of purpose. Knowing that his teaching would go beyond just music, he embarked on a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training under Mahan Rishi Singh Khalsa and Nirbhe Kaur Khalsa in 2016. Sean will also have completed a 50 hour Yin Yoga teacher training by May of 2017.
Teaching yoga allows Sean to uplift the community and be a vehicle for individuals to realize their own inner teacher. It is his greatest hope that he can help others as many of his teachers have helped him.
